Plum Crazy
This is a newer introduction into the water lily arena. It is a prolific bloomer producing large purple flowers with yellow centers. The pads are green with maroon splashes and a spread of 4-6 feet. Plum Crazy received the First Place New Water Lily and Best New Tropical Water Lily awards in 2013.

This water lily was named for one of the directors of The Missouri Botanical Garden. The deep purple blooms with stellate shape may grow to 7-10 inches and give off a delightful aroma. The pads are green with purple flecks spreading 4-6 feet. Grow in full sun to part shade.
